I assume Betr will improve their bid. Overall it is good for holders. A bidding war is good for holders. Just thinking a 3rd suitor enter the space that will make things even more exciting.
Just thinking Betr raised money for this bid only. They must know bidding war will come. Betr is saying 40 million worth of synergy benefits. So I just hope it will end up higher than 402 million.
