Strong response from MIXI. Solid uplift in price and they're willing reduce the takeover to minimum 50% to get it through if BBT are difficult.

BBT are still doing due diligence.
From what I understand there's some instos that hold BBT and PBH and they want it merged. If BBT lock those parties in for the scrip portion of their bid and offer everyone else the option of cash above MIXI's then it's game on IMO.
BBT imply a combined value of $1.50 with some scrip rollover in their preso so they should be able to justify a $1.30+ cash offer.
