    Independent Reports rarely favour the target. Yesterday's AFR made comment about the proposed STO/OSH merge.
    "...despite an independent expert advising that shareholders would be better off accepting it even though it short-changes them in value."

    Senex have the smarts to go it alone. They have built a very enviable, respected business
