i have to laugh the current offer and the provisional conditions attached. Just plainly obvious that if Hancock is involved in this deal, that means SXY can do without PoSCo. Hancock Itself is already interested in SXY and it has the might and money to swallow the company in one go.

Given that we just spent another $80 mil buy8ng another property, SXY is not really ready to settle yet.

let’s wait and see. It seems like market is expecting more currently ……… it will be fun to watch how it plays out. Remember we are in Boxer seat under no stress to sell!
