Gsenevir, Good article in the Australian this morning on SXY, Morgans feel it is a possibility that another suitor will have a crack at Senex, they also spoke about Santos and Woodside.
One would think from past experiences that another Company will surface with a bid in the coming weeks. ID has done a great job over the years, he is one very smart person in this Energy business, I am sure what he is doing has an alternative plan behind it.! If you recall from the first announcement SXY made on this takeover, it mentioned that they had spoken to Woodside and Santos, maybe this deal is to force their hand in making a decision. Who knows, but in these type of takeovers you always usually find another party eventually comes to the surface<

My holdings go way back, even took part if the 75c cap raising, lets not forget that many directors and staff of SXY would have also have averaged holdings at this level.
