Yes interesting anyone buying at the current price of $4.47 is getting an almost certain 4% return . eg 13cents below the T/O price plus div of 5 cents. They also get the added option that another buyer might appear.Not bad for a short term investment when you consider what you get get on a 1 year term deposit. On the other side sellers appeared to be getting seen off?
