When a company rejects a take0ver offer or a scheme of arrangement they always provide their reasoning - such as predator taking advantage of low SP cycle or poor economic conditions.
I haven't seen the Board express any reasoning on why they feel the POSCO offer is acceptable. Do they see uncertainties or troubles ahead or are there current production or other issues they're sitting on?
