Wow most relevant piece on info here is the transaction at Zameen's parent company. Seems to be a merge with OLX for their assets in Pakistan, UAE, Lebanon and Egypt. Merged entity valued at 1bil US with OLX holding 39%, that values the old EMPG business at 610mil US. My guess Zameen the biggest business in portfolio given Pakistan market size. UAE is also decent business for EMPG from my understanding but Lebanon and Egypt small. If Zameen was 50% (?) that would value their 70% stake at 305mil US. Values FDV stake at 200mil+ AUD. Question is size of Zameen in EMPG, could it be bigger?
