I see from SBMs previous 2 quarters, there was positive cash-flow from the Leonora operations (even after removing cash spent on sustaining capital). I note from the previous quarter there was "ineffective" blasting, that meant SBM was unable to access high grade ore and had to process development ore.
My take is SLR management, have discussed with many on the ground, and have an idea there are many inefficiencies at the Leonora operations.
I'm sure many of us having worked in a field, have looked at other operations in the same industry and see many areas for improvement. Some of these are as simple as, letting go long-standing useless employees, or spending capital up front to deploy state of the art equipment.
