BC8 doesnt waste money. They are clearly outlining and informing the market on the updated improved costings etc. That is material information. Its called informing the market. Management have told the market what to expect. Govt approvals are the last step. Govts dont run to exact time tables. There is an indicative time table at this stage. Once they get final confirmation of funds, then they can get more specific. They have outlined a decent estimation to work from. Everything is lined up waiting for people who live in big glass towers to do their part.
