Have a look into another stock called MTM. Not cross promoting here, but they have recently announced they are going to acquire a flash joule technology from RICE university.
From my understanding SRN's tech is based of a similar process. I believe the MTM tech proved it was scalable by able to being able to process 1t of material in <18 hours or so (can't remember exacts).
Lots of talk/momentum re the possibility of that tech to extract REE, which could mean SRN's tech is possible to be:
1) Scalable
2) Used in recovery for other commodities than vanadium, and thus sellable at large
I think there is one other company on the ASX that has something very similar too.
