If that is indeed true reddeer then one thing we all do know is that the Chinese gov is very much forward looking, and if they are sensing the danger now then that's a very good thing for all Vanadium miners.
But I have know reason to doubt you as from what I have read about Vanadium and China's push into the power generation and storage for the electric grid.

The good thing for SRN is that their share price has pretty much shadowed the V price for quite some time so if the V price is about to go up then hopefully good times ahead.
