whats next

OK we all know where we are at regard CAZALY.

The situation is that the market thinks CAZ has good prospects for getting Shovelanna back. Well, that's also my opinion, which I project as the market's position. Always the optimist I guess.

What we need to focus on is what next!

That is, what is the next piece of juicy info we can expect? And when?

Will it be a date for a hearing in the Court of Appeal. CofA?

Or will it be the news that the RIO mob has supplied CAZ with an affidavit? Due by 1st Sept, I THINK.

Will the affidavit be made public or commented on by CAZ? Can we see CAZ's affidavit?......I tend to think not.

So as far as affidavits are concerned, are we only waiting to hear RIO has presented it? And will that be a big deal anyway?

What I expect will be the news is that RIO have nothing new to add to their arguments. I am assuming RIO's line in the sand will be spelt out in the affidavit. I need to have that suspicion confirmed by an expert. Hehe I'm not an expert, you all knows that!

Confirmation of RIO's line in the sand, their position I expect will perhaps negate the innuendo I recall the RIO boss has expressed. I think it has been reported RIO has made out it has more ammo up its sleeves. Or something to that effect. Am I correct?

So, I guess it will be BIG news to have confirmed that RIO has or has not got anything new to add to their position.

News is definitely what will move CAZ's sp.

Presently everyone is playing a game of trying to buy for 64 and sell for 65 cents and make 1.56% (I am naive, so I assume that's how it works. Not ever having TALKED to anyone or done a share trading course of any description) with the threat looming that the sp. will fall. As it has, to the new range of 64-63 cents.
