Sorry but I do not believe I have ever recommended one company over another, or that shareholders should accept the bid. That is not my position to advise others on what they should do with their own money.
Besides we are yet to see the documents to understand Mosman's full proposal.
I was simply looking at the facts which many here seem to ignore.
If you read the failed merger documents, the facts are alarming. Many permits to be joint ventured or dropped in 2015.
Exposure on 454 is large, if not joint ventured, or sold off.
On the other hand Mosman has permits that need work and unclear targets.
How about you speak facts and not opinions and let shareholders make up their own mind.
