EGA did "buy" Rothsay from SLR in 2011 but it was really a swap, the small amount of money was just the balance. The swap was a tenement in the Murchison (Eeley?) which was close to SLR's Tuckabianna mill; they eventually sold the lot to Westgold after deciding that the project did not stack up (in 2014) - that's a major component of SLR's accumulated tax losses. It means that SLR's should have a good understanding of the geology since they acquired it in 2007 and some of the people are still around at SLR.
