The first phase of any contract in this industry tends to be development work or as they call it non-recurring engineering (NRE). This line of work won't deliver the high margin but it provides the foundation for when the manufacturing phase commences. We'll need to see how FY19 will be as it'll represent the effect of the Abiomed's contract in its manufacturing phase.
