Yes Q, your Peroni's are looking very good given the unforeseen Telstra withdrawal and further deterioration of revenue on the DCB side.
I'd like to see their official basic EPS number in August as they could still get a settlement from Telstra which could boost their EPS. But pigs might fly too.
I'm seriously considering having another big crack at these around these levels so I can make another big kill. But this time I'll take more profit off the table.
Come on Q, make it interesting and grab a few yourself so we can both sip the champers in 1-2 years when Neil turns the ship around. They are likely to make a respectable $5-6 mil EBITDA this FY, cashflow positive and hardly warranting a PE of 10 in my view. Last time they delivered this EBITDA number the SP was 20c or so.
Great value at these levels IMO.
