Every conference I've been to (unrelated field) a poster presentation will be a group of people standing around a poster. And a presentation a more substantial 40 minute presentation on stage, I've not seen a 'poster presentation'.
To be honest I think people might be getting a little over excited about a conference. The exposure should be good, but I'm not expecting much? I could well be wrong I'm a very small time investor and this is my first one in the sector.
