This company has an existing drug for migraines that is super affective that is out on market and selling.
This is not the usual takeover BP conduct where they acquire typically phase 2 stage potential growth companies.
i just wanted to put this takeover into perspective.
In saying that, the whole point is, cashed up BP are on the lookout and keen to spend.
