I think I am right in saying we retain the Azer-cel IP, we have contracted out production.

So, not only have we freed up a chunk of cash, we retained the tech. It was quite possibly the end game from the beginning. If so, brilliant. We have effectively picked up the IP for peanuts and no longer have the facility millstone around our necks.
Iirc, we are also due a trial update here.
