no they bought azer cel , the facility came with that , so they keep azer cell and offload what they don’t want as the cost of running it is high , they got what they wanted , smart imo
always the same , low post new comers post half a story , I’ve said it many times , only one ip address should be allowed , HC will eventually lose a lot of current followers due to the constant amount of old posters creating new accounts to fill their own agenda , please someone build a one ip address forum
