IMU has deemed this amount to be sufficient enough to sign this agreement. I get what you are saying because really UP TO $6mill could mean anything between $1 mill and $5.99 mill.
It is here that we believe the company has signed on the dotted line because this amount works for us and them and we have a relationship moving forward..........a win win situation
