Would love to know how the conversation went between IMU and our new investors. Here's my thinking:
INSTOS: "We're thinking of investing in IMU. What can you do for us?"
IMU: "Great! Feel free to buy on market"
INSTOS: "Thanks but we don't think the shares are worth the current market price."
IMU: "Yeah, you're probably right. How about a 10% discount?"
INSTOS: "Thanks but that still sounds like a poor investment. No thanks."
IMU: "Wait! How about we throw in some free options. You can dump the shares straight after you get them and keep the free options."
INSTOS: "OK, I guess we can't lose then."
