This is good news. The SP is not going to get to $1+ without institutional shareholders buying in. Retail demand won't do it alone. Now two institutions have just put a total of $80m into a speculative biotech. That is a huge vote of confidence. More importantly, other instos will now be getting FOMO (look at how the price held up today on bigger-than-usual volume). And we can be sure that LC and PH have something good in mind to use the money on.
