This certainly is disappointing (discount and particularly the options), but if we trust management (and to this point this has never been in question), then I guess this financially de-risks the ongoing company. It will also probably stop the recent SP plunge, so in these economic times I'm backing the management know more than me, and we IMUers can continue to wait our time for partnerships. No golden bullet here, but back to work, on solid foundation.
