nah this is a cope in my opinion. There is a balance between raising too much versus raising enough to fund planned trials. The former screws holders and the latter uses funds in an effective way to create max value for holders. I don’t see how this can be disputed.
unless this announcement is followed fairly quickly by some acquisition plans or a notable change in direction or addition of a development arm it would certainly be a cause for concern IMO.
