Thanks for the information. Like you mentioned, this was an increase of 15 patients with a progression event (conference presentation; n=28 for PFS) to 24 patients with a progression event (announcement). My guess is that it is an additional 9 patients with a progression event across supposedly (1) the remaining 5 in the control group (chemo only) and remaining the remaining 8 patients with a progression event in the experimental group (chemo + Her-Vaxx); and/or (2) the whole sample including the additional 9 enrolled patients. Still very encouraging.
Leslie does talk about hopefully the results being similar to those initially reported in the interim results in the Proactive Investors interview today - "pretty tight confidence interval ... meaning ... [PFS and OS] should look pretty similar to what we saw initially and if that's the case, that's great."
Has there been any information release on which group the additional 9 enrolled patients were randomised into?
