Nasdaq listings (+ most dual listings) aren't always what they're cracked up to be
Contrary to the general consensus around American listings, there is far from any guarantee this thing takes off like everyone seems to think it will........... It won't mean all those "smart US investors" will flood to the stock or even take it any more or less seriously than Australian investors
It may be a more tech + bio friendly exchange but most of the asx companies that have dual listed in the US have performed horribly.......
