If unhappy with these decisions shareholders have the democratic right to vote on remuneration and other such matters at the AGM.
Yes PH is the chair and thus takes the credit or criticisms, however his tenure is decided by shareholders which can be tricky and a little modesty and empathy for the disappointment of shareholders would go an extremely long way to settling shareholders concerns.
