Exactly, they all know what companies are doing what in the industry. Its what we all do within our own profession, level of expertise. If you are not switched onto what your competitors are doing or where they are at you wont last long. Of course you keep some cards close to your chest to give you the edge but I see at as another good appointment of someone who sees the potential in IMU and is willing to give them a try and join the team. Go team IMU.
