Just playing devil's advocate here, but his job history shows a history of short lived positions, currently working for himself as a consultant (so he hasn't left any great job for imu) and look at the chart for CYTX, his last employer. It's not pretty. Not saying he doesn't have qualifications that we need, but don't go thinking he's in a league with Axel Hoos.
