Hi Bavarian - I agree totally with your post and hope that someone with knowledge can assist.
Further to this I wonder if in the context of IMU, where the connections with inventors such as Prof Fong and the very strong leadership and personal commitment of LC (not a criticism but just reality) as well as PH might lead to the disempowerment of the CMO? Given this might be a possibility perhaps the job description doesn’t live up to the authority that the CMO can actually wield either as interim or permanent. This is an opinion only.
