Does this mean that the push by some for Ben to be a director has been gazumped?
Not that I think PH reads Hotcopper, but what this tells me is that he has everything in hand and moving incrementally forwards to his end game by bringing the right people onto the Board to increase the capacity for results. So far as I can see, whenever a director leaves, the replacement has additional capability.
