Interesting
I didn't think they were serious about this, but Looking at how they describe Kim's background, and reading the PH comment about "Kim's extensive knowledge of the US mid-cap biotechnology ecosystem...." makes me think that they really are looking to a listing on the NASDAQ.
If previous comments by PH are accurate, then they would be doing that only when they also have major news to drive the share price. Why make the appointment unless you are confident that will happen?
