@footnort we don't require an absolute "Cure". I have set me expectations much lower because the bar is already pretty damn low. If we do nothing more than prolong life, inhibit progression or anything of the kind in a statistically meaningful way thus ensuring commercial viability we are very happy as shareholders. That said of course I want more than that as we all do for selfless and selfish simultaneous reasons.

I do feel there is a strong possibility that it can be a whole lot more than my conservative expectation but we won't know with any certainty what we really have until we get the eventual optimal dose cohort data which could be cohort seven for all we know. I think of it this way, if it's dose dependent the longer this goes on the better provided we remain within the acceptable safety parameters. Data could show that it's absolutely doing what happened in the mice in humans but to what extent. They have a very high ceiling with which to work within so my "guess" is cohort 7 will be optimal dose but just a guess. Haven't a bloody clue to be honest.
