Remember the directors are also being diluted. It's not like they had a cash raise because they needed the money. They have actually bought something. If you raise cash to buy something and you pay what it is worth then you are not diluting you are adding to your assets. So long as you buy into the cash raise. Whether it turns out to be a good move or not remains to be seen. If CF33 is a goer and the acquisition helps with the delivery of it [CF33] then this will turn out to be a master stroke and we will be saying what a great team of directors we have.
Any thoughts on the SPP? Will they take any oversubscriptions. Last SPP they didn't take any which sort of floors me. Perhaps the big boys told them they didn't want them to. DRO had a SPP recently and they grabbed all the cash they could, many millions.
