A flaw that I can see, is that if the share placement is oversubscribed they may have to reduce the individual allocations in the sake of fairness so every applicant gets somethingfrom it. That full $30k allocation that you were hoping to get could turn out to be only a $5k share of the pot. Otherwise, good luck with whatever course of action you choose.
