Conspiracy Theory Number 1:

PH has been hell bent on pushing down the sp ever since he sold a third of his holding at 47c.
He initially pumped the stock with his 'golden goose' statement then sold (1/3) out.
What is it now three, ill timed CRs, since his sale.
The first was a slight surprise but not unexpected.
The second was made just weeks after LC saying we had enough cash to fruition. The oppies just made it worse.
The third, a similar story. We have a strong balance sheet and enough cash for 24 months. Again the oppies just make it worse, no need to issue free oppies at 1 for 1 - there would have been enough takers without it. All that the free oppies have done is to drag down the share price even further.

So why is PH repeatedly trying to push down the sp.
He's priming all the disenchanted shareholders for a management buy out.
Who would take 50c, 33c or even 20c now compared to 12 months ago.

He sees the potential, he sees the dollars and wants to snap up all remaining shareholders at a bargain.
