That anyone would suggest PH or the BoD are that stupid is beyond arrogant. Averaged over the last month, on any given day, less that 1% of SOI have changed hands. No guns to heads to sell and plenty of willing buyers. 99% of shares are not being sold so it stands to reason that shareholders would not agree to it and given the exposure of the all of the IMU leadership team, neither would they. Accountability appears to be a one way street on HC.
