Isn't the SPP per share holder with a max purchase of $30K so isn't dependent on how much shares you hold, why would the big boys care (they don't have thousands of individual accounts)? In fact, why would they want the pps to be lower than the CR they did at 8.4c so it's more likely the shorters and traders are just selling down the pps and taking advantage of the unexpected CR.
