Morning all.
Question : I've noticed on other SPP letters, that it states you can only be involved in the SPP if you are registered to have held fully paid ordinary shares.
This SPP letter from Imugene doesn't state those words, just says to all eligible shareholders listed on their register.
Would I be right in assuming that as an option holder you wouldn't be on the register untill you convert the options?
would have been a nice gesture from the company to allow people who hold IMOUDs to participate, purely based on the fact, they are all but worthless now....unless we get incredible results from CF33.
