man if there is an announcement between now and when they actually take the 5 day average, then we will know that PH thinks retail are pond scum.
the only silver lining at present is if you get a free opp and a 2.5% discount to existing shithouse price.
if it pumps for that average like it probably will, I won't be particularly impressed
