All Hopper's options giveaways are appalling, and to watch him make Anton Whitehead of Bells a multi millionaire just by flicking half the raise to Regal (who perpetually short us) is in my view very unethical. That said, the deal is extremely good deal on the face of it, so it remains good value even though Hopper effectively increases its cost to us by say 200% due to the dilution. If I can get my hands on some funds, I will participate, but if I can't I will not be too fussed; I have a massive exposure (to IMU) already.
