Why raise so much if they only need $12m upfront? Causing 3x the dilution when its not needed for so long, and according to their own presentations there's many "inflection" points well before this is needed. Its unbelievable how much dilution this company has gone through. Bolt on's yes, but the end figure required to make a decent return from here continues to get larger and larger. They might get to 10b shares on offer lol
