the CR before CF33 results being released should make everyone nervous. i now cant help but think the efficacy data isnt what many here are banking on? Safety is assured given the progress through the cohorts, but if indications are it doesnt kill cancer at a meaningful rate then is safety and abscopal affect (infecting untreated/ non-targeted tumours) enough to keep the good ship imu afloat? If CF33 is most potent as a tumour targeting and delivery vector then the pivot to Car T and thus OnCarlytics makes sense.
