Down to 8c with almost 3 times as many shares up for selling than there are for buying. Down almost 15% today, down 35% since the start of the year and down almost 70% in the past 12 months. These are damning numbers and all in an environment of so called positive announcements. God help us if there was to be a negative announcement. You would have to say that todays SPP announcement has been perceived as a negative announcement given that todays share price has dipped well below the SPP offer (not taking into account the free 1:1 option)

People still remember the last SPP (and institution placement) back in August 2021. The details of this offer were:

The purpose of the Equity Raising is to fund the Company’s existing clinical programmes through to the end of 2025, including various clinical trials such as the OnCarlytic, HER-Vaxx and PD-1-Vaxx clinical trials.

Two years down the track, the share price is languishing we are still waiting on results or updates of these trials.
