Quite interesting how many small investors have seen this as a positive announcement.

I wonder what our share price would be now if these cornerstone investors who are so keen for a stake in IMU were forced to buy on market instead of being gifted shares and options at a discount? Presumably the forces of supply and demand would have raised our share price up to the 50-75c level at least.

Then with (hopefully) more positive trial results over the next 6-9 months, we'd see it climb up to the $1+ level. At that point, when our cash balance would be starting to run low, we could do another small CR to fund us for another year or two. Rinse and repeat.

With a market cap of $5B+, if big pharma decide they want our IP, they'd have needed to make a much bigger offer than they'd need to make now.

I guess we'll never know.
