Personally, I don't think any dividend is likely this year. But still, I wouldn't discount anything. After all, when the big pharma makes a move, it tends to be big. And nobody would know when they are going to make a move.

As an example, I was a holder of VLA. I am sure plenty of holders here were also ex-VLA holders. I dare anyone of them to put their hands up that when Merck put up the offer, that they were expecting it at the time. I very much doubt anyone expects it because the share price was going down and down and down at the time to around 60 cents.

So before we pooh! pooh! any dividend opinion, stop and think again. Is it possible? I say YES. But is it likely, well...I say NO. But I won't be surprised it does happen either So really, anything can happen. And that is why the biotech industry can be so exciting.
