I think you need to register with the share registry Automic . com . au and then call them to get your unique link to the placement offer.
I am calling them first thing tomorrow morning - I will reply to your comment with instructions on what to do.

IG is a different beast as your shares are held on a custodian basis (you don't get a HIN/SRN) - I'd suggest transferring to Commsec or the like.
Nonetheless, I imagine you're still eligible for the SPP - I am just not sure how you will go about getting the link!
