Hi Bav - don't think a takeover is off the table. What's off the table is a lowball takeover. The company is now in the fortunate position of not being in a hurry to do a deal, because they have plenty of cash in the tin. And of course, as they spend that cash, the value of the assets will increase dramatically. A company taking a look at IMU in the future is going to really have to sharpen their pencil.
